Presentation

Je suis doctorante au Département d'Histoire de l'Université hébraïque. Ma thèse, provisoirement intitulée « La sexualité et les sens au siècle des Lumières, » analyse les nouvelles expériences sensorielles rendues possibles au XVIIIe siècle grâce à l'arrivée en France de biens exotiques et luxueux, interrogeant ainsi le lien entre les discours scientifiques et philosophiques sur les sens de l'époque et la perception de la sexualité. Travaillant dans les domaines de l'histoire de la sexualité et du corps, en tant que lieu d'expériences quotidiennes, ma recherche examine la manière dont la consommation de divers aliments et produits se traduit en distinctions sociales et culturelles ou en moyens de cohésion.
